Capri Global Capital launches gold loan services
Non-banking finance company Capri Global Capital, focused on MSME and housing finance, on Tuesday launched its gold loan services to be offered from more than 100 branches.
Capri Global Capital said it aims to launch 200 gold loan branches with AI-powered security vaults by first half of this fiscal in northern and western India.
The NBFC has launched 108 gold loan branches across Delhi-NCR and Haryana, followed by Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra, it said in a release.
These branches will offer gold loans for tenures from 6 to 12 months with multiple repayment options. The company said it will provide loans up to 75 per cent of the total pledged gold at competitive interest rates.
“We are bullish for Tier III, IV, and V cities of the north and west part of the country. We vision to build a gold loan book size of Rs 8,000 crore and expand our network with 1,500 branch locations over the next five years,” Rajesh Sharma, Managing Director of Capri Global Capital, said.
