3-DAY FREE YOGA FESTIVAL ‘HAR DIL DHYAN-HAR DIN DHYAN’ from MARCH 17 AT RAJASTHAN UNIVERSITY’s SPORTS GROUND
Jaipur 15 March 2023 : Keeping in view the increasing stress and pressure of modern life, the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, in collaboration with Shri Ram Chandra Mission and Heartfulness Institute, has organized a series of yoga and meditation programs called “Har Dil Dhyan, Har Din Dhyan” as part of the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. Starting from Jaipur, this three-day free yoga festival is organized in collaboration with the country’s leading AU Small Finance Bank and Rajasthan University. This 3-day free yoga festival will be held from 6:30 am to 8 am from March 17 to 19 at the Sports Ground of Rajasthan University
In addition to Jaipur, similar yoga festivals will be held in various cities, including Jodhpur, Bikaner, Sikar, Udaipur, Sagwara, Alwar, Bharatpur, Kota, Ajmer, Bhilwara, etc., until August 15. Over 1 lakh people will participate in these festivals.
This series of Heartfulness Yoga and Meditation programs aim to help individuals and communities discover inner peace, joy, and holistic well-being, with a particular focus on mental health. Led by Mr. Kamlesh Patel, founder of Heartfulness Institute and President of Shri Ramchandra Mission, the programs include many yoga and meditation exercises. Taking forward the thought of ‘Change is with us’, AU Small Finance Bank is helping to bring about the necessary changes for the welfare of society through this program.
Organized with the active participation of the University of Rajasthan, this yoga festival will provide immense benefits to the students of the University. Participants will engage in practical exercises of asanas, pranayama, and mudras, beneficial for blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, etc. The festival will also include practical exercises for depression, stress management, heartfulness-based meditation for increasing concentration and self-confidence, and effective techniques of Brighter Minds for the mental development of young children.
